| Azerbaijan National Gymnastics Arena |

| SPS Asia has been awarded a contract through MACE Construction for the design and supply of multi-level arena terraces for the new Azerbaijan National Gymnastics Arena in Baku. The arena terraces, with seating for 7,000 spectators, will be delivered in Q1 2013 from our new Korean facility led by our partner DSME/DSSW. |

| IE, through its Asian office, is supplying terraces and related components for the world’s largest indoor, non-sporting arena located in Manila Philippines. The New Era University Catholic center will, upon completion in 2014, seat 50,000 visitors. |

| Computer Chip Manufacturing Plant |

| SPS North America has received an order from Hoffman Construction of Portland Oregon USA for the initial supply of approximately 9,000 m² of SPS floor panels as part of the new US$3billion computer chip manufacturing facility that was recently announced for the northwest USA. Production of the panels will begin in Canada in Q2 2013 with deliveries to be completed by the end of Q3. Future use of SPS in other building applications by the client is anticipated. |
